Jordan Smith picks up his maiden professional win

Jordan Smith has achieved his first win as a pro picking up first place in a Jamega Tour event at Magnolia Park Golf Club.

Jordan shot a two round total of 8 under par to win by one shot and pick up a tidy pay packet! His second round was almost faultless with just one bogey to go with 6 birdies that formed a 68 (5 under par). His first round 70 (3 under) had placed him well in 6th place. He has now had three good finishes on the tour and is climbing the order of merit.

Jordan is now considering his future options in the coming weeks which may include another shot in Austria on the Alps Tour. "A win there would really be a breakthrough for me" said a jubilent Jordan.

Thanks go again to those members who have provided him with finacial support along the way which has clearly made a difference and we wish him well in the coming weeks.
